Terms and Conditions
Booking and Payment: Bookings for our services can be made both online and over the phone. To confirm the booking, a payment of 50% of the total service cost is required. This can be paid via our website or over the phone. The remaining 50% is due within 7 days of receiving the final product.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: Clients may cancel their appointments a minimum of 12 hours in advance without any charges. If the cancellation occurs less than 12 hours prior to the appointment, a $50 cancellation fee will be imposed. Cancellations more than 12 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit. If a client needs to reschedule their appointment less than 12 hours before the scheduled time, a fee equivalent to 10% of the service cost will be charged.
Access to Property: The client is responsible for ensuring that we have access to the property at the scheduled time. If property access is dependent on codes/keys, the client must provide this information in advance. Any delays or cancellations due to inability to access the property may result in additional charges.
Liability: Visionary Chameleon Media is not responsible for any damage or loss to property occurring in the course of, or as a result of, our services, unless directly caused by our negligence. This includes any damages that occur before, during, or after the shoot.
Use of Media: The client has full rights to use the media produced for any purpose related to the promotion of the property. However, we reserve the right to use the media for our own promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed.
Weather Policy: We reserve the right to reschedule shoots in the event of inclement weather that could negatively affect the quality of the media, especially for drone services.
Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality of any sensitive information provided to us. It will only be used for the purpose of providing the requested service.
Acceptance of Product: Upon delivery of the final product, the client has a period of 7 days to report any issues or request changes. After this period, the product will be considered accepted.
Product Completion Time: The final product will be delivered within 2-3 business days following the shoot, depending on the service selected. This timeline may be extended upon mutual agreement between the client and Visionary Chameleon Media.
