A: Booking a service with us is simple. You can book directly through our website or give us a call. To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit of the total service cost is required.
Q: What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
A: If you cancel your appointment more than 12 hours in advance, you won't be charged any fees, and your deposit will be fully refunded. However, cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time will incur a $50 cancellation fee. If you wish to reschedule within 12 hours of the appointment, there will be a 10% service cost fee.
Q: How quickly will I receive the final product after the shoot?
A: Our goal is to deliver the final product to you within 2-3 business days post-shoot. However, depending on the service selected and the specifics of the shoot, this timeline may be extended, always upon a mutual agreement.
Q: Can Visionary Chameleon Media use the media they produce for me in their promotions?
A: Yes, we reserve the right to use the media for our promotional purposes. However, if you have specific concerns or preferences about this, please discuss them with us, and we can accommodate.
Q: What happens if there's bad weather on the day of my scheduled shoot?
A: Weather can be unpredictable, especially when it comes to outdoor shoots or drone services. In cases of inclement weather that could affect the quality of the media, we reserve the right to reschedule the shoot to ensure the best possible results for you.

A: We aim to ensure our clients are completely satisfied. If you have any concerns or issues with the final product, you have a period of 7 days upon delivery to report them to us. We'll then work closely with you to address these issues or make the necessary changes.

A: It's essential that we can access the property at the scheduled time to avoid any delays or extra charges. If property access relies on specific codes or keys, please provide this information to us in advance.
